For printed label cutting machine YS-6400, some time operator may meet label roll up problem. Label stick on feeding roller and machine stopped. For such problem, there can be several reasons.
- Label roll ink is not enough dry or some section ink is still a little sticky.
Solution: hold label roll inside dryer longer time.
- There is sticky ink on feeding roller.
Solution: clean roller
- Cutter lift label tip and make it roll up. It may happen when exchanged new blade or grinded blade. Top/down blade cutting time is a little longer because top cutter lower.
Solution: make top cutter a little up to make up/down blade shorter cutting time.
