Ultrasonic label cut and centre fold machine
Characters:
- CNC touch screen controller can control working different mode, label length, counter, heating temperature and mark tracing.
- Working mode includes F1, F2, F3, F4
F1: Automatic cut mark tracing, no blank remove (as normal mode);
F2: single piece cut (for machine testing);
F3: Fixed length cut, no cut mark tracing;
F4: Automatic cut mark tracing, and waste discharge; - The machine can treat printed belt materials mostly, such as satin ribbon tape, cloth tag, washing labels, and so on.
- The machine is with Ultrasonic cutting, or optional hot or cold blade cut.
- for a printed label, there can be a different length from the printing machine. even there can be a scrap section. We can make a program to remove the scraps.
- Fold tool temperature normally is about 200 degree; hot cutter temperature is up to 400 degree
- Fast and smooth operation, speed adjustable.
- The machine has only a CENTRE fold function. we need not exchange any tooling. so that It will make work easier.
- Normally we will pack the label cutting and center folding machine in exporting suitable wood cases. we will cover the machine outside with film to avoid moisture during ocean shipment. for big quantity orders, we can fix the machines in one container.
- As our standard, The machine will be with one set of tool kits, which will assist the operator for daily machine operation.
- Warrantee: standard 12 month after shipment. wearing parts isn’t included. Under normal working conditions, with proof of parts, we will arrange replacement by courier quickly.
- Installation: because machine will be shipped completely. customers can setup machine with our operation guide by self.
