1. YS-6000 is a high-speed, CNC-controlled, printed label, Ultrasonic cutting, and folding machine.
2. The machine can do printed belt materials only,  such as satin ribbon labels, cloth tags, adhesive tape, and so on.
3. Ultrasonic cutting is the character. while we also can apply hot or cold cut
4. It is suitable for end fold, dissymmetry fold, centre fold, mitre fold, envelop fold, Mitre fold, and piece cut;
5. CNC control can control cutting length. For rotary label printing machine, because printing cylinder diameter maybe not be so a couple with label length. printed label length can be not so even. If a label has a different length in a cycle, we can make a program accordingly.
6. with the developed CNC controller program, We can set scrap section cutting. The machine will automatically blow away the scrap label.
7. Label feeding is by stepless-motor drive, pinch rollers feed.
8. Machine operation is very easy and has super performance. we designed the machine, especially for soft labels.
9. We can adjust the machine running speed according to the label material, printing quality. The fast and smooth operation will make the operator happy.
10. Easy to change /adjust tooling according to requirements.
11. Normally we will pack the label CNC cutting and folding machine in exporting suitable wood cases. we will cover the machine outside with film to avoid moisture during ocean shipment. for big quantity orders, we can fix the machines in one container.
12. We will deliver a machine with one set of tool kits, which will assist the operator with daily machine operation.
