- Label Cutting method can be hot or cold. Ultrasonic cutting is optional.
- Machine operation is easy and has super performance.
- We developed it, especially for soft labels.
- The machine will have a mark tracer and electromagnetic pusher. it’s suitable for printed wash care labels.
- The machine package is exporting standard wood cases. we will cover the machine with film to avoid moisture during ocean shipment. for big quantity orders, we can fix the machines in one container.
- The label cutting and end folding machine will be with one set of tool kits. It will assist the operator in daily machine operation.
- For machine operation, we will give you full technical support, including a machine operation video guide, tel call, or online operation guide. so the user need not worry about it. If a customer wants, he also can send an engineer to our factory. we will train him till he can run it by himself.
- If the Customer has no experience or confidence in label cutting and folding operation. of course, we can arrange engineer to customer side for machine installation and training. while the related cost will be on the buyer.
- Warrantee: standard 12 month after shipment. wearing parts isn’t included. Under normal working conditions, with proof of parts, we will arrange replacement by courier.
- Installation: machine will be shipped completely. customer can setup machine with our operation guide.
