for garment label cutting and folding machine, like YS-3000, 4000, 5000 or 6000 series machine, when we found that one side mitre fold is not straight, the other side is good. We can adjust the fold tool parts to improve it.
Adjust the triangle part according to mitre fold problem.
And adjust the movable part according to this adjustment.
The step is to loose the bolts first, then press the inching button to make the movable part touch the triangle part properly. When we fix the bolts, we shall press the part to avoid introducing a gap.
these 4 countersunk head bolts are for movable part flatness to the triangle part.
