First, Yusheng machinery (Chino Machinery International) started in 1996. For sure, It is one of china’s professional and leading manufacture of garment label machines. Now, our company locates in Qidong city. Qidong is in Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone, about 2hrs drive to Shanghai. Company land area is about 10,000 square meters. We own various normal or advanced machining types of equipment. Till now, there is about 3000 square meters stock area. And our production capacity is about 50 units per month.
So far, Our company has developed over 15 years. and we only focus on garment label machines. For example, Automatic label cutting machine, rotary or label printing machine. After a long time, We absorbed the world’s latest technology. and we achieved many patents in Utility model patents, appearance patents. From 2005, we started to export machines to foreign countries. Till now, We sold machines in about 20 countries around the world, like India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Indonesia, Portugal, Romania, Argentina, South Africa, and so on.

Our Machine List:
First, 3000 series.
YS-3000: In general, we call it a standard automatic label cutting and folding machine. So it is suitable for the normal label. The machine can treat both woven and printed labels. the machine can do hot or cold cuts. While we equip it with FULL-function folding tooling for centre, end, mitre label fold.
YS-3100: As another normal label cutting and END folding machine, It is suitable for woven/printed label, with hot/cold cutter;
YS-3200: Normally label cut and CENTRE fold machine is suitable for the woven and printed label, with hot/cold cutter;
YS-3400: Compare to above machines, it is one special design. Obviously, CENTRE after END fold is machine main characters. it is suitable for woven and printed label, with hot/cold cutter; with end/centre/dissymmetry/envelope fold.
Second, 4000 series.
YS-4000: Normally, we call 4000 series machine WIDER label cutting and folding machine. YS-4000 is the typical standard one. It is suitable for a woven or printed label, with hot/cold cutter, with FULL-function folding tooling for centre, middle, and mitre label fold.
YS-4100: As one of 4000 sub-series, the WIDER label cut and END fold machine is also very normal. It can treat woven and printed labels, with hot or cold cutter;
YS-4100L: It is a WIDER and LONGER label cut and END fold machine. we developed it according to customer requirements. For sure, it is for big-size labels. The machine can treat woven or printed labels, with a hot or cold cutter. label length can be up to 220mm.
YS-4200: As the only one single function label piece cut machine, the machine can treat woven or printed label, with hot or cold cutter (optional ultrasonic);
Third, 5000 Series.
YS-5000: it is a standard ULTRASONIC automatic label cut and fold machine. Generally, the machine is for a woven and printed label. it is with a hot, cold, or ultrasonic cutter. We equipped it with FULL-function folding tooling for centre, middle, and mitre label fold.
YS-5100(L): We call it the ULTRASONIC label cut and END fold machine. It is for woven or printed labels. with hot, cold or ultrasonic cutter. Especially, L-model is for a bigger length.
Fourth, 6000 Series.
YS-6000: Generally, we call 6000 series machine CNC label cutting and folding machine. it is suitable for PRINTED label, with hot or cold ( or ultrasonic) cutter; with FULL-function folding tooling for centre, middle, and mitre label fold.
YS-6300: HIGH-speed ULTRASONIC label cutting machine;
YS-6400: It is one portable label piece cutting machine for printed label, hot or cold cut;
The last, Others.
YS-0088: ULTRASONIC label SLITTING machine can slit wider woven or printed label into single strips, is high efficient production equipment.
YS-1088: LONGITUDE folding machine. We can use it for a 4-side label fold.
YS-3088: We call it a Flatbed SCREEN PRINTING machine. color numbers can be different according to customer requirements.
YS-RB: FLEXO/ROTARY label printing machine. color number can be 2+1, 3+1, 3+2, up to 6+2 color);
