The machine is suitable for label centerfold. No need to change the dies and tools. Middle placed cutter makes cutting more smooth and elongates the blade using time. It is easy to adjust label length by hand and does need not to use any tools. The operation is simple.

1. This machine can cut and fold woven or printed label materials. If the customer only works with printed labels, we would like to suggest you YS-6000, CNC Label Ultrasonic cutting and folding machine.
   Otherwise, if you have special requirements on label size, please contact us directly for further discussion.
2. Label base material can be satin ribbon, cloth tag, nylon label, adhesive tape, and so on.
3. Label Cutting method can be hot or cold. Ultrasonic cutting is optional.
4.  The machine is easy to operate and has super performance.
5.  It is designed especially for soft labels.
6. Fast and smooth operation, speed adjustable.
7. The machine is equipped with a photoelectronic fault eliminator. So it can reduce defective cutting and fold to the lowest possible.
8. For machine operation, we will give you full technical support, including a machine operation video guide, tel call, or online operation guide. so the user need not worry about it. If the customer wants, he also can send an engineer to our factory. we will train him till he can run it by himself.
9. If the Customer has no experience or confidence in label cutting and folding operation. of course, we can arrange engineer to customer side for machine installation and training. while the related cost will be on the buyer.
