1. We developed the YS-5100 as a sub-design of YS-5000. Ultrasonic cut and CENTRE fold have our normal label cut and fold machine characters.
2. It can treat printed or woven materials, such as satin ribbon tape, cloth tags, washing labels, and so on.
3. The machine is with Ultrasonic cutting, optional hot or cold cut.
4. Machine operation is easy and has super performance. It is designed especially for soft labels.
5. Fast and smooth operation, speed adjustable.
6. The machine has only a CENTRE fold function. we need not exchange any tooling. It will make work easier. if customers want more folding functions, we suggest you YS-5000 type. it will be with full folding functions like end, centre, mitre, and other extensions.
7. Normally we will pack the label cutting and center folding machine in exporting suitable wood cases. we will cover the machine outside with film to avoid moisture during ocean shipment. for big quantity orders, we can fix the machines in one container.
8. As our standard, The machine will be with one set of tool kits, which will assist the operator for daily machine operation.

Since Chino machinery has exported machines for many years. we have experience in foreign business. so you need not worry about other things, like training or installation. Normally we will deliver machines together with one U-disc. we will copy all machine operation videos and guide inside. When you get the machine, just follow the video and guide.
