Label Longitude Fold machine Parameters:

Machine Characters:

1. The machine is suitable for folding labels in warp direction or longitudinal folding.
2. Together with label ultrasonic cutting, YS-1088 can do longitude folding labels, like pocket fold, Manhattan fold, longitude centerfold.
   
3. Together with label cutting and folding machine, we can do 4-side folding. Label longitude fold machine will do width direction fold first, then YS-3000 or YS-6000 machine will finish fold for length direction.
   
4. For different folding methods (end, center), we will need to install different label roll unwinding positions.
5. For various folding methods, we need to install different folding tools (end/center).

Label Longitude Fold Machine Controller:

A. Button description

1. Source: It is a power switch of a longitude label folding machine.
2. Inching: It will control machine Inching or stop.
3. Stop: It is an emergency stop. all machines will stop and be locked.
4. Source lamp: lamp on means machine is working.
5. Start machine start.

B. SPEED CONTROL

Clockwise is speed up.

C. TIME CONTROL

When touching the steel wire of the front switch, the time control will work. The time control range is 0~10seconds. With a push stop button, the machine will stop.

D. Temperature control

1. Left Temper: Normally it’s no need to heat. If the label is too hard, we can apply it.
2. Middle temper: it can be 150~200 degrees according to the label.
3. Right temper: it can be 100~200 degrees according to the label.

TRAINING AND MACHINE INSTALLATION:

We have exported machines for many years. we have experience in foreign business. so you need not worry about other things, like training or installation. Normally we will deliver machines together with one U-disc. we will copy all machine operation videos and guide inside. When you get the machine, just follow the video and guide. You will catch the machine. If you insist, we can arrange an engineer to your side to help you set up the machine and give training for your operators.
